Brief keywords

Time-bound words that push articles up (positive weight) or down (negative) when the agent picks the articles the morning brief is written from. A word in a headline counts double. Words that are always relevant (vessel types, ports, regions) are fixed in the agent's code and are not listed here. A word stops counting after its expiry date.
